Bibliography
If you examine the books on
school reform, there is a huge body of
literature that supports the conclusions that we present. These
books are by far the most popular and highly rated by the general
public.
Reports that take the opposing view tend to use test scores as the
sole basis of their analysis. They tend to be dry, lifeless, and
unconvincing. |
